SHIPPING

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, please stay patient with us :)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Our shipping provider is Australia Post Postal Service, location-specific shipping times below:

NSW: 2–5 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

We deliver only within Australia.

If you require shipping outside of Australia, we would love to hear from you please contact customer care.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as ANITAJ cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such ANITAJ will not be able to refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

REPAIR SHIPPING

At ANITAJ, we provided a 6 month warranty on all pieces.

If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, the return shipping cost will be covered by ANITAJ. ANITAJ reserves the right to recover all shipping costs if your piece is deemed as wear and tear.

Outside our manufacturer’s 6 month warranty, it is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to ANITAJ. Return shipping costs will be added to your repair invoice and payment is required prior to repairing your item.

Domestic repairs will incur a flat rate fee of $25 AUD.

RETURNS

Products purchased from ANITAJ's online or retail stores may be returned for a credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. Some exclusions may apply. ANITAJ does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to ANITAJ and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.

ANITAJ does not accept returns if products;

are not returned in their original condition or packaging
are returned outside of the specified return timeframe
are of a bespoke nature
are earrings (due to health and safety procedures)

ANITAJ reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur.

Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
